Our role is limited to managing and promoting the Airbnb listing to improve visibility, occupancy, and guest experience. We earn only from the service fees or commissions agreed upon when the listing starts performing and we do not invest in or share ownership of the property.
For every Airbnb we manage, we provide a dedicated housekeeping arrangement under a separate cleaning package tailored to the property’s requirements. This package may vary for each listing depending on location, size, and frequency of service.
