Karan Hiranandani is the Founder and Creative Head of Studio KHBS.

Started career in design, and working closely with small brands, startups, to help them find their visual identity. My early work focused on creating clean, meaningful designs that helped many brands.

Over time, my interest began to move beyond just visuals. I was drawn to how design could influence the way people experience a product, a brand, or even a space. That curiosity led me to start experimenting with real-world projects and hence styling interiors, helping clients visualize their ideas, and creating spaces that reflected the same thought and emotion that is usually found in good design.

This natural progression led to the birth of Studio KHBS - a creative practice built on the belief that design doesn’t stop at visuals; it continues into how people live, stay, and connect. Today, under Karan’s direction, Studio KHBS helps property owners and Airbnb hosts build spaces that stand out and perform. The studio offers complete guidance from property consultation and interior styling to listing setup, branding, and guest experience design.

Karan will always bring a hands-on approach to every project. His focus is always on the details to how a home feels when you walk in, how it photographs online, and how every small element adds up to create a memorable stay.

What began as a design studio has grown into a full-service Airbnb brand that is helping clients not just look better, but also host better.
