The project turned a previously vacant floor into a secure, community-driven living space with individual beds, private storage, and essential amenities like Wi-Fi, study desks, and 24/7 cleaning support.

Beyond setup, Studio KHBS built the complete online presence from Google Maps listing and SEO optimization to a simple website for inquiries and bookings. Today, most leads come directly through Google Maps and the website, ensuring steady occupancy without reliance on external platforms.
